justify;\">Making New Year\u2019s resolutions is a tradition for about 45% of Americans this time of year.\u00a0 On the Top 10 New Year\u2019s Resolutions for 2014, losing weight took the #1 spot.\u00a0 Staying fit and healthy was #5.\u00a0 How do you rate your most important resolutions to the least important?\u00a0 I\u2019ve decide what needs to be on my list for 2015.\u00a0 Make a conscience effort to drink more water is #1, followed by eating healthier, and then lose weight.\u00a0 If I can follow the first two, then the weight loss will pretty much naturally happen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drinking water is a challenge for me because of the love I have for diet soda (although I have gotten better at the amount I drink daily).\u00a0 Whether you choose to buy bottled water or prefer to have a filtering system (filtered water pitcher, etc.) in your home, adding water to your daily intake is very important.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t enjoy drinking plain water, get creative and add slices of lemon, limes, cucumbers, or anything else you love that gives that added flavor to entice you to drink more!\u00a0 If you don\u2019t prefer going the bottled water route (you might be trying to be environmentally friendly) look into purchasing a water filter pitcher so that you have clean, fresh water at your finger tips.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let\u2019s face it folks, when you have good health, everything else is icing on top.\u00a0 You may list things like spend more time with family, getting organized, quitting smoking (GOOD one), falling in love, etc., (these were also listed on the top 10 for 2014) but to be able to achieve those you need to stay healthy.\u00a0 It doesn&#8217;t matter how much money you are striving to make if you aren&#8217;t healthy enough to be out there spending it on the things that you love or want to do.\u00a0 We all need to slow down and take more time for ourselves.\u00a0 Try to start adding a long hot soaking bath at the end of your day, or perhaps meditation.\u00a0 Strive to get more sleep to let your body recover from a stressful day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How many times have you heard someone say, \u201cif I knew back then what I know now, I would have taken better care of myself\u201d?\u00a0 When we are young, I think most of us don\u2019t stop to think about the future, not just next year, but years to come.\u00a0 We tend to live in the moment.\u00a0 It\u2019s important to start making lifestyle changes now to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remember to take a few minutes to visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filtersfast.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.filtersfast.com<\/a>\u00a0to check out the wide variety of water and air filtration systems that they offer.\u00a0 You will be amazed at what is available to give you a fresh start for the New Year and make a healthier you! \u00a0Tis\u2019
