    I can find filters anywhere in town cheaper than your price when only buying one and higher than local retail in some cases I bought a 3 pack of PH21100 because they were much cheaper than retail for 3 but in most cases buying from you in volume is not any advantage for me so I guess your advertisement onTV is not quiet true

    Got a filter in the mail, and a deduction from my checking account. I called the company ( very hard to find the correct number ) and they canceled my auto fill.

    do you have any comments or articles on the FAKE (counterfeit) refrigerator filters coming out of china? I bought 2 recently on eBay and my ‘warning flag’ popped up on my neck,, so I did some online searching. I found this website: https://imgur.com/gallery/b29v3
    shows ‘genuine’ whirlpool filter next to a Chinese fake. the ones I bought off eBay matched the FAKE. 🙁
    so I’ve requested a refund.
    If I purchase filters from your company, how do I know they are ‘Genuine’ and not cheap junk (with who knows what inside the plastic casing) from China? (forgive, I’m not implying ‘you’ or your company is dishonest, but maybe ‘you too’ are getting swindled like the rest of us)?

    I feel like a ‘cat’ on a hot tin roof. YIKES.
