   Stop the email/offers! – I am a subscribed customer (doesn’t take much coding to your IT systems to include if subscribed member skip offers). If not satisfied I would stop the subscription… stop pestering me with emails/offers that I cannot use -you actually say once bounced to your web page that offer is NOT including subscription orders!!! Filling my email inbox and wasting my time!

   Do not trust this company they have had a security problem and it took them one year to Identify it. I just received a letter from them stating they had malware on their system since 15July 2019. Yet they did not hire a company to check their system till February 2020. That security company took 5 more months to Identify the security breach. Yet they failed to warn their customers back in February 2020 that they had a problem. They should have only excepted Telephone orders once they new they had a security breach in February 2020 yet they still let people order and get their personnel information stolen. This company only cares about their money not their clients. Stay as far away as possible.

   Did you reset your change filter light when you changed the filter? Please consult your owners manual for instructions on how to reset the change filter light.

    Hi! We just replaced whirlpool every drop #1 water filter and followed your instructions but the replace filter light still comes on. It’s WRS571CIHZ

    Hi Dennis, it sounds like there could be some air quality issues. We suggest running an air quality test (an example of one can be found here https://www.filtersfast.com/Filters-Fast-IAQ-Test-Kit.asp) to determine what could be causing the filters to not last as long. Also, what type (fiberglass,pleateed, HEPA, etc.) and brand of air filters are you using?

    How do I determine if the furnace filter I am using is restricting to much air flow. Last winter my HVAC guy said the one I was using was in fact too restrictive so I replaced it with a more basic filter. I want filter as much as I can, but not cause harm to my HVAC unit.

    If your filter is made with #5 plastic, then your recycling center may accept the filter cartridge for recycling.
