Some of the specific factors used in our evaluation include: the length of time in business, the number of complaints filed against Filters Fast based on the company’s size, response and resolution of any complaints filed, and the fact that the BBB has sufficient information about Filters Fast available so that the bureau can accurately evaluate our business.

Filters Fast opened for business in early 2004, and was incorporated in April 2005. Our Excellent rating with Stella Service independently confirms the BBB’s decision to give us an A+ rating.
